We want to make sure that there is no error in KOUSCH's product or delivery.
Although, if you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving and be sure to include the following information:

  • The original order information
  • Photographs of the defective or damaged item

Based on your notification, we will contact you and resend the same product in case we agree that there was a damage and defect.

◆ If you want to return your ordered item

In case you want to return the product,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving and be sure to include the following information:

  • The original order information
  • Reason of the return

Except the case of the defective or damage,
the actual shipping cost for sending the product you ordered is not refundable
and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please ship the product within 7 days after the notice to us.
Once we receive the product, we will refund the amount of the product you ordered.

◆ Kind request for customers :D

Please check the size of our product carefully before the purchase.
If you are not sure about the right size of the T-shirt,
you can request us 2 different size with 1 order (1 item) with the price of 1 item 
when you shop at our store for the first time.

Please leave note when you order.

We print our design on T-shirts manually based on each order.
There are small variations in printings, but they are not faults.

Please consider these points when you decide to return.
