Where are the products made?
The body of our T-shirts and tote-bags are sawed in China, Bangladesh, etc. under the control of Japanese company.
We select best materials from the globe.
Screen printing is done in Japan manually – that is, “Tokyo Made” and “direct from the factory”.
KOUSCH’s special wrapping transparent color paper with its logo is made by a Japanese company with the special skill.
Are your products ethical?
It is sometimes very difficult to judge what is ethical and what is not,
but we, KOUSCH do our best to be ethical based on our judgement and knowledge.
◇Cotton
Today, “organic cotton” is very popular and be focused.
Organic cotton is grown without agricultural chemical / chemical fertilizer which is said to be environmentaly friendly.
(It is said that influence on human skin does not differ between organic cotton and non-organic cotton)
On the other hand, growing cotton organically is labor-intensive work and it is also said that excreta for growing cotton can cause algae growth in the river.
Also, even cotton was grown organically, sometimes chemical ink are necessary in the dying process for some products.
So it is not easy to say what is best from the view point of
natural environment, working environment, development of economy,
efficient manufacturing utilizing the latest technology, etc.
Based on the knowledge we have and for the choice of colors and products, we currently does not only focus on organic products.
If you have request to customize the T-shirt using organic cotton, please let us know.
◇Working environment of making T-shirts
T-shirt bodies we use are made in factories overseas under the control of Japanese companies.
We confirmed with them that the working environment of those factories are managed with a required level.
◇Waste of Inventory
One of issues in fashion industry is the enormous amount of waste of products.
By finishing our product based on your order, we are able to keep the volume of waste minimum.

We do pop up stores a few times from spring to summer in Japan.
When we do pop up in overseas, we will notice in this shopping site.
We are welcome for the invitation to any pop up events all over the world.

We introduce new collection irregularly.

How can I decide the right size for me?
Please check the size chart is attached in the page of each product.

Can I refine products search with size such as XXL and XXS?
You can see “Categories” and “Tags” just under the shopping cart button of each product page.
Once you click words listed there, products related to the tag will be shown.
Does the white T-shirt cover the skin perfectly?
For most T-shirts, fabric we use are relatively thinner than US standard T-shirts.
But it is tough enough and your body is not seen through a lot.

Does the T-shirt shrink when washed? Does the neck become worn out?
Cotton products shrink to a certain point.
Generally, there are cotton products which are already shrunk and which are not yet at the point of selling.
Our products may shrink by wash for at the most of 5-10 cm.
When you choose the right size for you, please take that into consideration.
Especially, please do not use dry machine as possible as dry machine damages T-shirts a lot.

Neck of our T-shirts are tough enough to wear and wash in a normal way.
Note that please be careful not to pull the neck of wet T-shirt.
Does the print come off or become cracked?
There are two types of ink we use for screen printing – rubber ink and which seep into the cloth.
Either type covers the thread of the fabric by each and does not come off very easily like a seal.
It is very rare that ink comes off or crack if you wash the T-shirt in a washing net or wash inside out.

How long does the T-shirt stay new?
In general, it can be stay in a good condition for 2-3 years
unless you wear hardly in muddy place or wash and damage it very roughly,
although it depends on how often you wear and wash and how you wash.
It is recommended to follow the care instructions to wear the T-shirt longer – using of washing net, washing inside out, etc.

Can I customize the colors of the T-shirt or ink of screen prints?
The colors of the ink sometimes look different on different color T-shirts.
Also, it may happen that the customized color printed is somewhat different from what you imagined.
To prevent such case, we do not accept customization of colors.
Although, we welcome your suggestions for colors of our products.
Can I change the V-neck T-shirt to crew neck or the other way round?
It depends on the product, but in many cases we can arrange that, so please ask us.
In general, in most cases we can arrange the unisex white, gray, black and navy T-shirts.
Please add memo of the request when you order and check out.
Do you accept requests of new designs?
Thank you very much for your interest for our brand.
If the idea or theme is along with KOUSCH’s concept and popular for other customers,
we will try.

Note that we don’t do the type of work just printing the design already made by anyone other than KOUSCH.

Is the overall process of order and payment very easy?
Yes, it is very easy. Here is the overview of the steps;
Ⅰ. Product Page (KOUSCH)
①Please select size, design, etc. of options and number of order.
②Press “Add to cart” button.
③“View cart” button or “Checkout” button will show up. Please press either.
Ⅱ. Shopping Cart Page (KOUSCH)
If you selected “View cart” button in ③ above, your shopping cart will be shown.
Please press “Proceed to checkout” button for payment process.
Ⅲ. Check-out Page (KOUSCH)
①Please fill out “Billing details” information (name, address, phone, Email address, etc.) and shipping destination information.
②Please select payment method – Credit Card(Stripe) or PayPal.
⑦Once you confirm “terms & conditions”, please mark the square□ to turn to be ☑ checked.
⑧Press “Continue to payment” button.
Ⅳ. Window of Payment System (Stripe or PayPal)
IF you selected credit card (Stripe), please fill out card number etc. and press “Pay” button and the payment process will complete.
If you select PayPal, you will be led to PayPal log in window.

Is the payment system secured?
SSL(Secure Sockets Layer, a computer networking protocol for securing connections between network application clients and servers over an insecure network, such as the internet) is used for this online store (en.kousch-style.com) and online processes are secured.
Payment system we use are Stripe and PayPal. KOUSCH itself does not see nor manage any credit card information. Both are proven services globally.

Payment systems we use are external service – Stripe and PayPal.
We, KOUSCH does not save, manage nor see any of credit card information and the information is only processed within stripe or PayPal.

Do I need to register an account when I order?
It is not mandatory to register an account when you order.
If you register an account, it will be convenient for shopping
as you don’t have to input your name and address again.
Also you can check your shopping history.

We use the information to send our product for sure.

When will I receive the product?
Products will be sent out within 10 days of the order.
(In the past, we have been able to send out a little sooner.*)
If you hurry, please let us know that by putting memo in the order or by e-mail.
We will make our best.
After sending out, it usually takes 4-21 days with standard service and 2-4 days when you choose EMS.

If you share the memo, we will print out with our office laser printer.
(As the color quality of office laser printer is high,
we recommend the memo to be monotone, but if you don’t mind that,

What does the wrapping look like?
To minimize the impact for natural environment and resources,
our standard wrapping of products are very simple.
They are packed with plastic bags and cardboard box etc. which are tough enough for delivery.
The band paper with KOUSCH logo we wrap adult T-shirts are made by Japanese special printing company.
